A Very English Scandal
Russell T Davies and Stephen Frears on the Thorpe affair, opened in the graphic register of a 1970s political cartoon.
A Very English Scandal opens with a main title sequence of 30 seconds.
At 30 seconds, it opens well under the 50-second median for drama sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on BBC One in 2018, when A Question of Sport, Talking Heads and Birds of a Feather were also on the network.
