TVTitles is operated by Yarkii LLC. “We” and “us” below mean Yarkii LLC.
Using the site
Browse it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for anybody else — the catalogue is small enough that anything you need can be read from the pages themselves.
The videos are not ours
No video is hosted here. Every sequence is embedded from its original host and remains the property of whoever holds the rights in it — studios, networks, composers and the people who made the titles. Nothing on this site is a claim of ownership over any sequence, and embedding is not a licence we can extend to you.
Playback happens on the host’s player under their terms. If a rights holder wants an entry removed, it will be taken down — how to ask, and what happens next.
Our own writing
The notes, descriptions and structure of the catalogue are original work. Quote them with attribution and a link; do not republish the catalogue wholesale as your own.
Accuracy
The catalogue is maintained by hand and will sometimes be wrong. Videos get deleted, attributions slip, and a sequence occasionally turns out to be a fan edit rather than the broadcast original. It is offered as a reference, not an authority, and corrections are the fastest way to fix it.
Availability
This is a small site run without any promise of uptime. It may be unavailable, change, or stop entirely, and entries may disappear when the videos behind them do.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and exists only to keep a list of saved shows. Your saved list lives in your own browser, so clearing your cookies clears it. We may end access for anyone using the site to attack or disrupt it.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Georgia. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim locally, or applies protections that cannot be waived by agreement, this clause does not take that away.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above tracks it. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
