Banshee
Amish country and violence intercut at the same speed, from the network's short-lived attempt at prestige action.
Banshee opens with a main title sequence of 75 seconds.
At 75 seconds, it opens well above the 47-second median for crime sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on Cinemax in 2013, when Strike Back was also on the network.
