Castlevania
Gothic architecture and stained glass rendered as a slow climb, refusing the game series' rock score for something closer to a requiem.
Castlevania kept one opening title sequence, 79 seconds long, across seasons 1–4.
At 79 seconds, it opens well above the 58-second median for animation sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on Netflix in 2017, when Mystery Science Theater 3000, Arrested Development and Top Boy were also on the network.
