Charmed
Love Spit Love's cover of 'How Soon Is Now?' over the Book of Shadows and three sisters, re-cut every season. It goes further than that, though: the credits were rebuilt whenever the cast of an episode changed, so a season carries several versions rather than one — eight of them in the second year alone.
Charmed rebuilt its titles: eight distinct opening sequences are catalogued here across seasons 1–8, running between 50 and 52 seconds.
It arrived on The WB in 1998, when 7th Heaven, Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Buffy the Vampire Slayer were also on the network.
Only 139 of the 2,618 shows catalogued here changed their titles at all; Charmed did so seven times.
All 8 opening title sequences
Season 1
50sThe original three sisters — Shannen Doherty, Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano — with the Book of Shadows and the manor. Seven variants circulated across this season as clips, effects and billing order were adjusted.
Season 2
52sRe-cut from the new season, and the most variable year the show ever had: eight distinct versions of these credits went out across the season.
Season 3
51sDoherty's last season, and the last time Prue appears in the titles at all.
Season 4
50sThe rebuild. Doherty is gone, Rose McGowan arrives as Paige, and the billing is reordered around the loss — Milano moves to first, McGowan second, and Combs is moved to the end on an 'and' credit. Julian McMahon joins the main cast in the premiere.
Season 5
51sRe-cut again, in five versions across the season.
Season 6
51sFour versions this year, adjusting as the cast of each episode did.
Season 7
The churn finally settles — two versions across the whole season, against eight in the second. No clean upload of them is listed here: every candidate found was the same fan channel's.
Season 8
Kaley Cuoco is added as Billie, and Brian Krause gives up the first supporting slot to her and is credited last, after leaving partway through the season.

7 sequencesBuffy the Vampire Slayer
An organ sting, a shot of the moon, and then Nerf Herder's surf-punk theme over black-and-white monster-movie footage that bursts into colour. The design never changed in seven years; the fifty seconds behind it were re-cut every one of them.

5 sequencesAngel
The spinoff takes the parent show's structure and drops the jokes: Darling Violetta's 'Sanctuary' instead of surf-punk, city at night instead of monster movies. Like Buffy, the design holds for five years while the names in front of it keep moving.
