Outlander
'The Skye Boat Song' rewritten for a woman instead of a prince, over standing stones and Highland weather — and re-recorded in a new style each season to match wherever the story has been dragged.
Outlander opens with a main title sequence of 97 seconds.
At 97 seconds, it opens well above the 50-second median for drama sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on Starz in 2014, when Party Down, Power and Black Sails were also on the network.
