Perfect Strangers
'Nothing's Gonna Stop Me Now' over Chicago — one of the decade's most earnest sitcom themes attached to one of its silliest premises.
Perfect Strangers opens with a main title sequence of 101 seconds.
At 101 seconds, it opens well above the 38-second median for comedy sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on ABC in 1986, when One Life to Live, All My Children and The Bugs Bunny Show were also on the network.
