Saved by the Bell
Freeze-frames of six teenagers over a theme about being late — Saturday morning television's most durable export.
Saved by the Bell opens with a main title sequence of 64 seconds.
At 64 seconds, it opens well above the 38-second median for comedy sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on NBC in 1989, when Another World, Columbo and The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson were also on the network.
