Shetland
North Atlantic weather over islands where everyone already knows everyone, which is the constraint the series runs on.
Shetland opens with a main title sequence of 33 seconds.
At 33 seconds, it opens well under the 47-second median for crime sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on BBC One in 2013, when A Question of Sport, Postman Pat and Crimewatch were also on the network.
