Dave's World
Dave Barry's columns turned into a sitcom, with the household drawn rather than filmed in the titles.
Dave's World opens with a main title sequence of 60 seconds.
At 60 seconds, it opens well above the 38-second median for comedy sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on CBS in 1993, when Candid Camera, Guiding Light and As the World Turns were also on the network.
