MADtv
Mad magazine turned into a sketch show, with Alfred E. Neuman in the titles and a cast that changed almost every year.
MADtv kept one opening title sequence, 64 seconds long, across season 9.
At 64 seconds, it opens well above the 38-second median for comedy sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on Fox in 1995, when America's Most Wanted, The X-Files and Beverly Hills, 90210 were also on the network.
