Spin City
New York City Hall in twenty-two seconds, rebuilt partway through the run when the show changed its lead.
Spin City kept one opening title sequence, 22 seconds long, across season 5.
At 22 seconds, it opens well under the 38-second median for comedy sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on ABC in 1996, when One Life to Live, All My Children and The Bugs Bunny Show were also on the network.
