Terra Nova
A colony sent eighty-five million years into the past, cancelled after one season for cost.
Terra Nova opens with a main title sequence of 9 seconds.
At 9 seconds, it opens well under the 58-second median for sci-fi sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on Fox in 2011, when America's Most Wanted, The X-Files and MADtv were also on the network.
