The Mandalorian
A chapter card and Ludwig Göransson's bass recorder — the first live-action Star Wars series opens like a serial, which is what it is.
The Mandalorian opens with a main title sequence of 23 seconds.
At 23 seconds, it opens well under the 58-second median for sci-fi sequences in this catalogue.
It arrived on Disney+ in 2019, when Star Wars: The Clone Wars was also on the network.
